Testimonials

speech bubble iconIntercargo Services have been working with Charlie Innes Associates Ltd. for 4 years and since then our business has evolved significantly.  We have expanded the business 40% helped by Charlie and his Associates who have delivered expertise and guidance to meet out deloping needs.

Our new company identity has been well promoted and we are very pleased with out website.  Charlie has a good understanding of our business and has developed this knowledge to fit to our growing requirements and budget.

He has handled this just as we had hoped and althought the returns are often subjective, his involvement has led to a pronounced growth in profits and turnover over the last few years.  All-in-all we are very satisfied with the pro-active service Charlie provides and have not hesitation in recommending him to any business.

speech bubble iconMr. Charles (Charlie) Innes and I began our professional relationship in 1997 when I was Director of Global Marketing for ABB Vetco Gray and he was a Director for Mearns and Gill.  I was in Houston and he was in Aberdeen.  I have to admit I was largely sceptical that a professional relationship could ever materialize between our two companies because of the time and distance challenges.  However, to my pleasant surprise and mostly to Charlie's steady progressive actions, the relationship developed into one of mutual respect and admiration.

When I think of Charlie's qualities as a leader, I find him to be a very good listener; one that clearly has his feet on the ground; and one who can be depended upon. He has excellent managerial and marketing skills and is highly capable of demonstrating his effectiveness.  He is a man of action and activity.  Every challenge placed in his hands was met with enthusiasm and the knowledge of the fact that something great was about to happen.  His manner and demeanor creates a sense of trust and he has the ability to see a variety of viewpoints.  I knew I could count on him to provide the "European" point of view while accepting the "American" perspective. He had a knack at blending both to achieve the objective.

On a personal note, I have met very few men (or women) in the world with the personal integrity Charlie possesses.  His calming ability serves him well in a passion we both share, golf.  He is also a very caring and warm family man and speaks hightly of his family regularily.  He is proud of his children and the home his wife, Pam has created for them.  His inquisitive nature keeps him interested and up-to-date with those friends and family members he enjoys.  His steady, supportive nature makes even distant strangers feel relaxed around him.

If he has any faults, and I am certain he would admit to one or two, it would have to be his quiet, amiable behavior.  Charlie is a knowledgeable, dedicated professional and he could stand to toot his horn a little louder and more frequently.  Better still, get his friends to do it, which I am honored to do.  I wish him only the very best in whatever opportunity he pursues.

speech bubble iconCharlie organised our very successful first newsletter, arranged national advertising (which triggered responses from just the sorts of organisation we were targeting), convinced us of the benefit of pull-up exhibition display stands (and arranged their design and production), and introduced us to one of his many PR colleagues who is now another essential part of our "virtual" team. In short (which he is not), Charlie is "a rare loon" who stands out from the crowd (which he does) and stays calm when others might pull their hair out (which he can't) - "jist the verra chiel tae gie ye a haun tae Dee the Business".

speech bubble iconWe have now received the complete sets of our new stationery and company brochure.  I must comment on how pleased we are with our 'new look'. We have had many compliments regarding the new image and it is proving to be good for business too.  Your design ideas have been brilliant from start to finish and the quality of printing is of a very high standard.  I would have no hesitation in recommending you to any business contacts that may have a new image in mind.
With our thanks, and best wishes for continued success.

Yours sincerely,

speech bubble icon During the past 12 months you have helped us achieve a re-branding which we are very happy with. We have not previously spent a great deal of time or money on marketing, however, the service provided by yourself allowed us to gradually increase our commitment to promoting the business. The results have surpassed my expectations and I would highly recommend using your services’.
